Note: Returns and refunds are not applicable for other reasons, such as changes in preference or minor variations in product appearance due to screen settings.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Photographs of the defective item or incorrect size/color received
  2. Approval of Return Request

  3. Return the Product
    Ship the item back to us following the instructions provided. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the error is on our end.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
